Fitness Manager

It also tracks sales activity and supports the handoff of clients to trainers.

What you'll do

• Conduct Welcome Workouts for new members
• present personal training packages
• recommend dotFIT supplements during consultations
• track appointments and outcomes in Club OS or ABC
• meet monthly personal training revenue and EFT setup goals
• sell packages, upgrades, and renewals
• follow up with prospects and missed appointments
• connect with members and hand off clients to trainers
• maintain sales workspace, pacing boards, logs, supplement tracking, and CRM notes.
