What you'll do

• Oversee the Quality Assurance Coordinator and organization-wide quality activities
• coordinate with the Medical Director on clinical quality, patient safety, and risk
• lead chart reviews, documentation audits, treatment plan reviews, and outcome monitoring
• support accreditation and regulatory readiness
• coordinate clinical standards and staff development
• support program design and operational improvements
• participate in budget development, grant writing, and funding applications.
