Lead Custodian — Evening Shift

The Lead Custodian role is onsite at Fort Hood, TX, with a 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. schedule. Pay is $19.80 per hour. CW Resources is a national nonprofit providing mission-driven services, including vocational rehabilitation programs, and this role supports a custodial team that includes adults with disabilities. The working lead performs custodial work while teaching, guiding, and supporting team members. The role maintains facility cleanliness and safety and helps staff build workplace skills, confidence, and independence.

What you'll do

• Teach cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use
• coach and support team members
• track performance and accommodations
• clean and disinfect restrooms and shared spaces
• sweep, mop, and vacuum
• remove waste
• restock supplies
• report maintenance issues
• secure the building
• operate cleaning equipment safely.
