The manager leads continuous improvement and quality-related work across the site, partnering with operational and support teams to reduce waste, improve process capability, and strengthen performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Lead the site continuous-improvement roadmap
• facilitate Lean Six Sigma, 8D, A3, Kaizen, value-stream mapping, standard work, 5S/6S, visual management, and root-cause analysis
• supervise quality staff
• prioritize improvements in scrap, rework, defects, throughput, lead time, and productivity
• coach teams
• track projects and savings
• partner across functions
• report progress and serve as a customer-facing contact when required.
