Resident Assistant

What you'll do

• Record residents’ vital signs and report changes to the supervising nurse
• assist with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, positioning, nutrition, and medication reminders
• follow Individual Service Plans and infection-prevention protocols
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• document care and observations
• encourage participation in activities
• protect resident privacy
• attend required training.
