Registered Nurse Consultant – Assisted Living and Memory Care

Job overview

The Registered Nurse Consultant – Assisted Living and Memory Care role combines onsite community visits and remote work, supporting communities in Cross Plains, WI. What you'll do

• Complete resident assessments and update Individual Service Plans
• review psychotropic medications and assess wounds and skin conditions
• follow up on changes in condition and medical orders
• audit medication carts and medication records
• delegate medication administration and verify staff competency
• audit records, training files, incident reports, and emergency preparedness documentation
• support survey preparation and plans of correction
• coach staff and community leaders and provide written findings and recommendations.
