Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent role is onsite in Redmond, WA. Pay is $42–$46 per hour. The superintendent leads field operations for Uniplex Construction projects and works with project managers to keep work safe, efficient, and on schedule. The role coordinates crews and subcontractors, maintains schedules and quality standards, and addresses jobsite challenges. Through hands-on leadership, safety practices, and communication with project partners, the superintendent helps deliver quality construction work.
