The Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Glastonbury, CT, paying $17–$20 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule. What you'll do

• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom
• lead activities supporting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• model positive behavior and encourage curiosity
• guide and mentor less experienced teachers
• manage routines and schedules
• communicate with families about milestones and daily experiences
• collaborate with center leadership
• maintain licensing and company-policy compliance.
