What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and management solutions
• integrate commercial off-the-shelf monitoring products into secure environments
• configure monitoring for servers, applications, operating systems, networks, and endpoints
• extend monitoring into private cloud environments through automation
• develop scripts to collect, analyze, and visualize metrics
• support data ingestion, reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics
• test and deploy patches, upgrades, and releases
• validate custom applications after updates
• maintain technical documentation and procedures
• collaborate with infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, and customer teams
• troubleshoot complex issues and recommend improvements
• apply PKI, authorization, SSL/TLS, and enterprise security controls.
