The Pharmacist – PRN role is onsite in Enid, OK, at the Enid East clinic. Compensation is $55 per hour. The pharmacist supports Great Salt Plains Health Center’s new pharmacy in its Federally Qualified Health Center setting. This role provides safe, effective, and compliant pharmaceutical care by dispensing and verifying medications, overseeing technicians and pharmacy systems, maintaining regulatory and 340B compliance, and counseling patients. The pharmacist also collaborates with care teams on medication therapy management, adherence, and chronic disease care.
What you'll do
- Dispense medications using PioneerRx
- verify technician-filled prescriptions
- oversee pharmacy technicians and automation
- maintain Oklahoma Board of Pharmacy, OBNDD, DEA, and 340B compliance
- review the Oklahoma PMP
- maintain required records and logs
- counsel patients
- collaborate with providers, nurses, and care teams
- participate in medication therapy management, adherence counseling, and chronic disease management
- train staff on pharmacy systems.
