What you'll do

• Own a portfolio of active healthcare accounts and serve as primary contact and strategic advisor
• develop account plans to drive retention and growth
• build executive relationships
• lead business reviews
• coordinate onboarding, go-live, and ongoing value realization with internal teams
• partner with Channels and Alliances
• identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and add-on opportunities
• relay customer feedback and product gaps
• monitor account health and drive renewal and retention strategies.
