Ink Technician Lead, Third Shift

What you'll do

• Provide on-the-job training and guidance
• practice plant safety procedures
• complete the Ink department daily management system
• address skill gaps and troubleshoot ink issues
• follow color-matching and control procedures
• reassign resources as needed to meet production demands
• communicate shift handoffs
• record and label batches
• prepare inks and other applied materials
• maintain supplies
• receive materials and rotate stock, including forklift operations
• assist the shift supervisor as required.
