What you'll do

• Manage vehicle movement into and out of the Inspection Center
• meet inventory production goals
• oversee, coach, and develop assigned associates
• communicate expectations and performance goals
• review mechanical and physical defects
• partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair or rejection decisions
• train associates on quality control standards
• complete repairs effectively to minimize rework and delays
• promote safe work practices.
