What you'll do

• Guide School Directors across campuses
• ensure consistent policies and educational standards
• visit campuses to monitor operations, classroom quality, safety, and compliance
• support curriculum implementation and professional development
• mentor directors and support recruitment and retention
• oversee licensing and regulatory reporting
• monitor enrollment and family satisfaction
• review budgets, expenses, and revenue
• track campus performance indicators and report to leadership.
