What you'll do

• Greet guests within one minute
• explain specials and menu changes and make recommendations
• answer questions about food, beverages, and restaurant services
• take and enter orders in the point-of-sale system
• communicate guest needs to the kitchen
• deliver food and beverages
• pre-bus tables
• provide refills and respond to requests
• process checks and payments
• complete side work and opening and closing checklists
• maintain clean, stocked service and dining areas
• coordinate with fellow servers and notify the manager of guest concerns.
