What you'll do
- Design therapeutic programs based on resident interests.
- Organize scheduling of therapeutic activities.
- Create events to stimulate resident interest.
- Motivate residents to participate.
- Ensure resident satisfaction.
- Participate in care conference meetings.
- Provide electronic documentation for assessments and care plans.
- Recruit and direct volunteers.
- Coordinate resident transportation to recreational areas.
- Oversee publication of activity brochures.
