Production Technician — Live Events

What you'll do

• Prepare and review show riders, crew calls, invoices, event reports, stage diagrams, lighting plots, and correspondence
• advance events and coordinate production needs and crew calls
• identify technical problems and equipment limitations
• maintain show records
• supervise staff and local labor during scheduled calls
• follow safety procedures, building and fire codes, and OSHA regulations
• as assigned, operate sound and lighting consoles or serve as carpenter, fly person, rigger, production coordinator, or stage manager.
