What you'll do

• Prepare instructional sessions and materials
• greet and engage students
• teach according to Sylvan program designs
• manage students, tasks, and session time
• evaluate and record student progress
• use praise and achievement tokens to encourage learning
• complete learning logs and transition activities
• support student safety
• communicate student needs to center staff
• attend staff meetings and training
• complete certification training for each program taught.
