What you'll do

• Process and monitor manual and automated transactions, including deposit allocation, client payments, and returns of funds
• handle failed payments, liquidity movements, and cash flow management
• manage offline liquidity providers and exchanges
• assist with merchant queries and flagged transactions
• track and resolve payment inquiries and reconciliation discrepancies
• support safeguarding and reconciliation procedures
• produce payment KPIs
• maintain treasury and payment SOPs
• contribute to system optimization.
