Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. Collaborate with physicians and other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge. Utilize appropriate age and population specific standards.
