What you'll do

• Perform routine building repairs
• diagnose and troubleshoot problems and repair or replace parts
• repair plumbing
• maintain HVAC equipment
• apply preventive measures
• address safety hazards
• paint interior and exterior walls
• assist the groundskeeping team as needed
• perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities
• collect and summarize maintenance information and trends.
