What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter
• monitor property access
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• prepare daily activity reports and incident documentation
• communicate observations to leadership and site management.
