What you'll do

• Plan and execute maintenance, engineering, capital improvement, and facility upgrade projects
• develop scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource plans
• coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and EHS
• implement and optimize PLC, SCADA, robotics, and IoT-enabled systems
• develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• use CMMS to schedule and report work
• analyze reliability and OEE data
• supervise maintenance activities and manage technicians and contractors
• ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• maintain critical spare-parts inventory.
