What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces
• wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils
• manage trash and recycling and maintain the dock area
• support kitchen and event setup and breakdown
• provide occasional dish-up assistance
• help maintain sanitation standards.
