What you'll do

• Develop change-management strategies for enterprise SaaS platforms
• assess readiness, stakeholder impacts, process changes, and adoption risks
• configure PMIS workflows, integrations, reports, and dashboards
• facilitate process workshops
• develop engagement, communication, training, and adoption plans
• support testing, pilots, deployment, go-live, stabilization, and improvement
• track adoption and implementation measures.
