What you'll do

• Partner with Human Resources and Recruiting on management hiring
• coach and develop restaurant leaders
• communicate company mission and standards
• conduct performance reviews
• audit cleanliness, maintenance, and equipment
• ensure training, food safety, and sanitation processes are followed
• lead new-location strategy and execution
• oversee guest incidents, workplace safety, and labor compliance
• analyze financial and labor performance
• manage inventory and cash controls
• identify sales opportunities
• oversee renovation recommendations and maintenance budgets
• improve guest feedback
• support marketing, catering, and delivery
• maintain vendor relationships.
