Project Manager

The Project Manager is an onsite role based in Cincinnati, OH. Compensation is not specified. This role supports the EGC Construction unit, which provides general, commercial, and industrial construction services. This role exists to manage and drive projects to successful completion through a safe work environment, quality construction, effective LEAN planning and scheduling, cost management, and collaboration with project stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Manage owner, designer, subcontractor, and vendor relationships
• drive daily commitment to the Zero Injury Safety Program
• manage project schedule, establish budget, and control costs
• implement the Quality Leadership System
• establish and maintain contact with subcontractors
• conduct and lead project meetings
• create project-specific controls, monitor, and report to stakeholders.
