Service Advisor

What you'll do

• advise customers on vehicle care and manufacturer maintenance
• review service history and inspect vehicles
• recommend additional service
• prepare written labor and parts estimates
• monitor repair progress and update customers
• obtain authorization before additional repairs
• maintain service forms and pricing guides
• explain completed work and charges
• handle appointment and repair-status calls.
