What you'll do

• Inspect and remove non-conforming materials
• manage proper cooking temperatures for oil usage on roasting machines
• record information to maintain accurate inventory counts
• assist blending operators by loading and unloading materials by hand and Hi-Lo
• clean and sanitize roasting equipment
• maintain a clean and safe work environment
• complete cleaning verification logs
• work with the team lead and supervisor to meet performance targets
• follow GMP, Quality and Food Safety, and OSHA policies.
