Job overview
Senior Market Development Analyst is a remote, home-based role in the United States. The base pay range is $100,000 to $115,000 per year. Parexel partners with biopharmaceutical companies and research sites to support patient-focused clinical trials. The analyst supports Business Development by researching and qualifying growth opportunities, building prospect pipelines, and translating market data into commercial insights. The work helps identify opportunities in existing accounts and new target accounts and informs business development decisions.
What you'll do
- Research target accounts, therapeutic areas, and competitors
- identify and prioritize prospective clients
- collaborate with Client Relationship Directors and Business Development VPs on account opportunities
- map account structures and stakeholders
- maintain Salesforce prospect and account records
- generate pipeline reports and dashboards
- synthesize market trends into actionable insights
- use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify decision-makers and support outreach
- prepare account briefings and meeting materials
- secure qualified meetings and track engagement
- present findings and recommendations
- travel up to 15% as business needs require.
