Client Support Coordinator

Job overview

The Client Support Coordinator role is onsite in Arlington, VA. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. The coordinator supports the Clinical Program Director and client case-management activities at A Better Life Recovery.

What you'll do

• Engage with clients, families, and contacts during routine and crisis interactions and conduct observation rounds
• document client activities in the electronic health record within 24 hours and maintain confidential records
• collaborate with clinical teams on transition and discharge plans
• arrange follow-up appointments and referrals
• provide clients and families with education and support related to medication management, relapse prevention, and community resources
• maintain databases and audit documentation
• generate compliance and service reports
• support licensing and accreditation compliance and administrative operations.

Why this role
