What you'll do

• Resolve complex benefit inquiries
• research account issues and discrepancies
• review records for accuracy and compliance

• verify members and prepare documentation
• resolve escalated concerns
• coordinate with internal departments and vendors
• process forms and Rapid! Pay Card requests
• document interactions
• protect confidential information and comply with HIPAA
• and mentor Tier I representatives.
