What you'll do

• Manage and support venture capital transactions from early-stage financings through Series A and beyond
• draft and review SAFE, convertible note, equity financing, and related documents
• advise company-side and investor-side clients
• prepare entity formation and governance documents
• conduct due diligence
• analyze cap tables and financing models
• work with senior attorneys on client matters and transaction strategy
• support business development.
