What you'll do

• Monitor clinical systems and resident conditions
• provide nursing care under physician-ordered care plans
• direct and develop RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• assess residents and update care plans as conditions change
• coordinate with nursing leadership and physicians
• document care and education
• administer medications and IV duties
• manage medication orders and narcotics inventory
• oversee shift handoffs, staff performance, and unit assignments.
