• Operate, maintain, and upgrade video conferencing equipment and infrastructure
• track incidents, service tickets, and change requests in ServiceNow
• plan and set up conferences
• troubleshoot audio-visual equipment and meeting platforms
• coordinate with third-party vendors on root-cause analysis
• prepare event production packets and run-of-show documents
• conduct equipment audits
• support process improvements and service uptime.
