What you'll do

• Execute age-appropriate activities
• supervise participants and maintain their physical safety
• establish routines, boundaries, and behavior guidelines
• foster positive relationships with participants, families, and staff
• document attendance, absences, and incidents
• report unusual incidents or accidents
• follow YMCA and DCF policies.
