What you'll do

• Complete internal job file quality reviews
• audit estimates and maintain an upload process
• help project managers coordinate subcontractors and job scheduling
• contact property owners, subcontractors, and insurance personnel daily
• meet weekly with project managers to discuss projects
• prepare email and written correspondence
• perform detailed data entry
• assist other departments as needed.
