What you'll do

• Configure, build, install, test, and implement application features and releases
• coordinate issues during application build
• analyze workflows and document operational specifications and functionality
• develop internal procedures and change-control processes
• create user training aids and train end users
• troubleshoot user questions during training, go-live, and stabilization
• support design and implementation of applications, enhancements, and maintenance.
