What you'll do

• Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols
• maintain a visible presence in the building and parking lot
• prevent unauthorized entry during off-hours
• monitor and log contractor access
• observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, maintenance issues, or policy violations
• respond to resident, guest, and client concerns
• complete incident and daily activity reports
• communicate with supervisors and management.
