The Construction Technician — Restoration Projects position is onsite in Kent, WA. What you'll do

• Compile and resolve punch-list items
• may assist with customer final walk-throughs and pre-construction meetings
• obtain signed completion and satisfaction certificates
• provide daily project updates
• communicate with customers and update coordinators
• schedule projects
• perform construction services
• assist with subcontractor management
• pick up or coordinate material deliveries
• ensure work complies with plans, specifications, codes, and scope
• document activities with photos and job diaries
• assist with change orders
• inspect work for quality
• coordinate jurisdictional inspections
• support budget and schedule tracking
• identify work outside contracted scope.
