Record Center Specialist — First Shift

The Record Center Specialist role is onsite in Freehold, New Jersey, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Compensation is $20.90 per hour. Midway Staffing connects talent with client organizations through staffing solutions. The specialist processes incoming records, retrieves and returns stored materials, and prepares confidential documents for destruction. Accurate scanning, secure handling, and organized storage support the record center's operational and confidentiality requirements.

What you'll do

• Process incoming orders by scanning carton barcodes and locations in the Safekeeper system
• pull, scan, retrieve, and return physical records or storage boxes
• shred confidential and outdated documents according to protocols
• use ladders to access high storage
• disassemble, sort, weigh, and prepare materials for storage or destruction
• maintain clean, organized, secure work areas
• safely operate warehouse tools and equipment
• follow safety and confidentiality guidelines.
