What you'll do

• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention for care centers
• develop recruiting strategies with hiring partners
• advise stakeholders on recruitment processes and tools
• source candidates
• screen resumes and interview applicants
• coordinate interviews, background checks, offers, and onboarding documentation
• and represent centers at job fairs and community events. Travel may be 10–25%, with infrequent out-of-state or overnight stays.
