What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and bid documents
• perform masonry takeoffs and develop estimates
• solicit and compare supplier and subcontractor pricing
• prepare proposals
• manage assigned projects from award through closeout
• coordinate with field teams, general contractors, owners, suppliers, and subcontractors
• monitor schedule, labor, materials, costs, billings, and profitability
• prepare and track change orders
• maintain project documentation and support project closeout.
