What you'll do

• Maintain and repair hotel equipment, mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, locks, furniture, and building components
• perform inspections and operational tests
• paint and install or replace lighting
• help deliver and set up equipment
• transport maintenance items
• communicate project updates to the Maintenance Supervisor
• respond courteously and promptly to customer requests
• attend scheduled training and meetings.
