Dorm Supervisor

The Dorm Supervisor role is onsite in Prescott Valley, AZ, with shifts of 7 a.m.–3 p.m. and 3 p.m.–11 p.m.; salary is $50,000–$55,000 per year. Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center provides residential behavioral health treatment for adolescents. The supervisor oversees dorm staff and coordinates client activities to maintain a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment. The role supports clients’ daily wellbeing and treatment plans through staff guidance, crisis response, and collaboration with therapists and other departments.

What you'll do

• Supervise dorm staff and coordinate client activities
• develop, maintain, and evaluate a safe trauma-informed program
• provide staff and client supervision, role modeling, teaching, and support
• manage staff acuity
• oversee dorm safety, supervision, and cleanliness
• guide staff during crises
• support licensing, legal, accreditation, and policy compliance
• document staff performance
• coordinate with therapists and other departments on treatment plans, schedules, and safety plans
• ensure staff training and certifications are current.
