Employment Specialist — Personal Care Services

The Employment Specialist role is an onsite, office-based position in South Holland, IL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $20.50–$22.50 per hour. The role supports AccentCare's Personal Care Services workforce and its care for patients and communities. The specialist coordinates hiring and orientation for paraprofessional field personnel, supports recruitment through community resources and job fairs, and works with the Nurse Instructor on training preparation. Compliance coordination and personnel-file audits help maintain agency and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and manage hiring of paraprofessional field personnel from interview through hiring
• coordinate agency orientation
• attend community job fairs to market employment opportunities
• contact community resources to recruit personnel
• work with the Nurse Instructor to prepare trainings
• coordinate and manage field staff compliance with state regulations and licensure requirements
• audit personnel files and participate in scheduled contract vendor audits.
