What you'll do

  • Lead workforce training program operations
  • oversee schedules, cohorts, enrollment, and logistics
  • ensure compliance with grants, contracts, funding sources, and policies
  • monitor outcomes and maintain participant records
  • supervise and develop staff
  • establish performance expectations
  • coach staff
  • liaise with training providers, educational institutions, and industry partners
  • research labor market trends
  • recommend programs
  • collaborate on career pathway and reentry programming
  • assist with budgets and resource allocation
  • monitor revenues and expenses
  • prepare performance reports.
