What you'll do

• Counsel patients about available resources
• assist with Health Insurance Marketplace and Ohio Medicaid enrollment
• coordinate Ryan White and Patient Assistance Program enrollment
• explain insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs
• administer sliding fee scales and hardship applications
• monitor work queues and resolve patient account issues
• coordinate with care, pharmacy, prevention, and health advocacy teams
• maintain confidentiality and quality standards.

Why this role
