What you'll do

• Build relationships with patients and provide medical support
• determine patient needs and recommend products
• assist with frame selection
• operate auto and manual lensometers
• educate patients about lenses, coatings, and frames
• take optical measurements
• dispense glasses and contact lens orders
• repair and adjust frames.

Why this role

Paid certification reimbursement; ABO and NCLE certifications are preferred but not required. Previous customer or patient interaction experience of at least one year is required; ophthalmic experience is strongly preferred.
