Resorts Director of Facilities — North Shore Area

What you'll do

• Direct facilities, engineering, and maintenance operations across multiple resort locations
• establish preventive maintenance programs
• lead and develop facilities teams
• oversee renovations, refurbishments, capital improvements, and property projects
• develop capital budgets and long-range plans
• ensure regulatory and OSHA compliance
• manage operating and capital budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
• address facility-related guest issues.
